Every CENDREVA framed print is printed and framed to order by our Australian print partner and delivered free to any Australian address, ready to hang. Regional and remote postcodes may take a little longer.
Digital artwork products are delivered by email within one business day of purchase. Nothing is posted.
Australia-only delivery
CENDREVA currently accepts delivery addresses within Australia only.
Made-to-order fulfilment
Your artwork is produced after an order is confirmed. Any timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee and can be affected by production capacity, carrier delays, weather, public holidays and access restrictions. Items in the same order may arrive separately.
Address requirements
Provide a complete street address and accurate contact details. PO boxes and parcel lockers are not accepted unless checkout expressly confirms them.
Damage in transit
Inspect the parcel and artwork promptly. If damage is visible, keep all packaging and photograph the outer parcel, shipping label and affected area. Contact CENDREVA through our Returns & Product Issues process and we will make it right.
