How it works

1. Choose your format below and check out. The digital option does not include a physical print or frame.
2. Send us a photo. Reply to your order confirmation email with one or two clear photos of your pet, plus their name if you would like it included. A side-on or three-quarter shot in daylight works best.
3. Approve your proof. We email a digital proof within 3 business days of receiving suitable photos. One round of tweaks is included.
4. Receive your portrait. Framed portraits are printed on premium matte paper, framed in natural timber and delivered free anywhere in Australia, ready to hang. Digital portraits are emailed as a high-resolution file.

• Digital portrait — A$69: high-resolution file, emailed. Printing, framing and delivery of a physical item are not included. Tell us your intended print size before we prepare the artwork so we can confirm suitable file dimensions.
• Framed, Medium — A$179: 30 × 40 cm, natural timber frame, ready to hang.
• Framed, Large — A$279: 50 × 70 cm, natural timber frame, ready to hang.

Christmas and time-sensitive gifts

Please contact us before ordering for a particular date. Timing depends on receiving suitable photos, proof approval, production and your delivery postcode. A proof turnaround is not a delivery guarantee. Not sure which photo to use? Choose a gift card and let the recipient decide.

Good to know

• Each portrait is made to order for you, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once your proof is approved. If anything arrives damaged, we will replace it.
• One pet per portrait. For two pets in one piece, contact us before ordering.
• The images show examples of the style. Your portrait is based on your photo.
• Your photos are only used to create your portrait.
