CENDREVA Returns & Refund Policy
Because our furniture is sourced and fulfilled specifically against customer orders, CENDREVA does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, colour preference, size preference or where an item does not fit the intended space.
Please review all product dimensions, finishes and delivery requirements carefully before ordering.
Damaged, faulty, unsafe or incorrect products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, please contact CENDREVA as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue so we can assess the appropriate remedy.
Do not dispose of packaging or return an item to the supplier or carrier unless CENDREVA instructs you to do so.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement, or retain the goods and seek compensation for any reduction in value.
For a minor failure, CENDREVA may choose to repair, replace or refund the product within a reasonable time as permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
Where a return is required because of a valid consumer guarantee claim, CENDREVA will provide instructions for the appropriate collection or return process.
Customers should not arrange independent return freight without prior written approval from CENDREVA.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing times after approval can vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
