HOW CENDREVA WORKS
Framed and delivered, or print it yourself.
Choose a physical framed print for a ready-to-hang piece, or digital files when you want to organise your own printing and framing. The formats have different inclusions and delivery methods, explained below.
Framed prints, ready to hang
-
Choose your artwork and size
Explore Framed Art, the Still Horizons Set of 3, or a custom home or pet portrait. Check the exact size and format before ordering.
-
We make it to order
Framed prints are produced on premium matte paper and framed in natural timber. Custom portraits need suitable photos and your approval of a digital proof before the final artwork is prepared.
-
Receive your framed piece
Free delivery Australia-wide, with hanging hardware fitted. Confirm outside frame measurements for an exact-fit space and choose wall fixings suited to your wall and the frame's weight.
For Christmas or another required date, contact us before ordering with the product and delivery postcode. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Digital files: printing and framing are up to you
No physical item is shipped with a digital product. You arrange and pay for printing, paper, frames and installation separately.
- Compare the package inclusions and file proportions with your intended print and frame sizes.
- Check out using an email address you can access.
- Follow the download or email delivery instructions for your product and keep an untouched backup. The standard guide and kits are supplied by email within one business day; custom portraits are made to order and require proof approval.
- Choose a suitable printer and approve the print size, colour handling and any border or crop before ordering.

Check the file before choosing a frame
Match the image proportions to your print size. Enlarging a file reduces its effective print resolution, so ask your printer to confirm suitability before ordering a large print. A different frame ratio may require a border or cropping. Never stretch the artwork to fit.
Colour varies between screens, paper and printers. A sample print can help you check the result before ordering a full set. Try paper templates at the outside frame dimensions before making holes.
Buying more than one framed print?
Our 15% automatic offer applies to three or more eligible individual prints in the Framed Art collection. Pre-priced sets, custom portraits, digital products and gift cards are excluded. It does not combine with other product or order discounts. For project requirements, see Trade & Commercial Art.
