Receive and save your files
Your digital product is delivered by email within one business day. Download it on a computer where possible, keep the original folder intact and save an untouched backup before moving or renaming individual files.

Print, frame and place
Use a trusted local print shop, an online printing service or a suitable home printer. Choose the paper and frame that suit your room, then measure and place the finished work.

A few details make printing easier.
- Preserve the composition. Ask your printer to fit the full image rather than automatically cropping it.
- Choose paper for the finish you want. Matte stocks usually reduce glare; your print provider can recommend a suitable weight and surface.
- Proof before going large. Screens, printers, inks and papers reproduce colour differently, so a small proof can help before a larger order.
- Measure the room first. Consider the wall, furniture width, viewing distance and spacing between frames.
- Keep the master safe. Work from a copy and retain the original delivered files as a backup.
Digital art questions
Will a physical print or frame arrive?
No. CENDREVA supplies digital files. You arrange printing, framing and installation separately.
When will I receive my files?
Your digital product will be delivered by email within one business day. Use the same email address at checkout that you want to use for delivery.
Where can I print the artwork?
Use a trusted local print shop, an online service or a suitable home printer. For a professional result, share the full-resolution file and ask the provider to preserve the full image.
Can I print at a different size?
Choose a size that matches the supplied file’s proportions so the artwork is not cropped or stretched. The Print & Place Guide offers additional help with sizing and placement.
Why might the printed colour look different?
Small variations are normal because screens, printers, inks, paper stocks and lighting reproduce colour differently. Consider a small proof before ordering a large print.
Can I send the digital files to someone else?
You may provide a file to a print provider only as needed to produce your authorised personal print. The files must not otherwise be shared, resold or redistributed.
