CENDREVA Terms of Service
 
These Terms apply to purchases made through the CENDREVA online store. CENDREVA (ABN 49 872 660 765) is an Australian business based in Brisbane, Queensland.
 
Products
 
CENDREVA sells original wall art as framed prints made to order and as digital files. Sizes, materials and inclusions are shown on each product page, which forms part of the product description at the time of purchase. An order is accepted once payment is authorised. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing or system error.
 
Pricing and payment
 
Prices are in Australian dollars. CENDREVA is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Delivery of framed prints within Australia is free. Discount codes apply only as described and cannot be combined unless stated.
 
Appearance
 
We aim to show our artwork accurately, but screens and lighting display colour differently, and small variation between screen and print is normal. Dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.
 
Made-to-order production
 
Framed prints go into production soon after an order is placed, so cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed once production starts. Contact us quickly if you need to change an order.
 
Delivery
 
We deliver within Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
 
Hanging and safety
 
Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Use wall fixings suited to the frame's weight and your wall type, check for wiring and plumbing before drilling, and use a qualified installer if unsure.
 
Digital products and licence
 
Digital files are licensed for personal use in one household. You may print them for display in your own home. You may not share, resell or redistribute the files, sell prints, or use them for business purposes without a commercial licence. Framed prints purchased from CENDREVA may be displayed in homes and businesses.
 
Intellectual property
 
All artwork, images and content on this website belong to CENDREVA unless otherwise stated.
 
Returns and consumer rights
 
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for made-to-order or digital products. Our Refund Policy explains how damaged, faulty or incorrect items are handled. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
 
Website use
 
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
