CENDREVA Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the CENDREVA online store. CENDREVA is operated by NEXTGEN CO PTY. LTD.
Products and availability
CENDREVA offers a curated range of furniture and home products. Product availability, specifications, finishes and supplier stock may change from time to time.
An order is not accepted until it has been successfully received and accepted for fulfilment by CENDREVA.
We may contact you if a product becomes unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or system error, or if we are unable to fulfil an order as submitted.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Delivery charges may apply depending on the product, destination, postcode, access requirements and carrier coverage. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown or confirmed before an order is accepted.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can proceed to fulfilment.
Product appearance and natural materials
We aim to represent our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting.
Solid timber and other natural materials may contain differences in grain, knots, texture and tonal variation. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not necessarily defects.
Product dimensions
Product dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated. Customers should confirm that a product is suitable for their intended space, access path and installation requirements before ordering.
Delivery
Delivery availability depends on the product, delivery address, carrier coverage and access requirements.
Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided as guides and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of supplier availability, carrier capacity, weather, access restrictions or other circumstances outside CENDREVA’s reasonable control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and disclose relevant access conditions, including stairs, lifts, gated access, restricted loading areas or other circumstances that may affect delivery.
Additional charges may apply where a failed delivery, redelivery or special access requirement causes additional costs to be reasonably incurred.
Furniture installation and safety
Customers must follow all product-specific assembly, installation, anchoring and safety instructions supplied with the product.
Furniture that is designed or required to be wall-mounted or anchored must be installed securely using appropriate fixings for the relevant wall construction.
Returns and product issues
CENDREVA does not offer change-of-mind returns for furniture unless expressly agreed in writing.
Our separate Return and Refund Policy explains how damaged, faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products are handled.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
Content on the CENDREVA website, including product information, images and written material, is provided for shopping and informational purposes.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the CENDREVA website will be the current version.
